• Equipment Checkout and Multimedia Help
  The New Media Center (NMC) at the Library, operated by Media Services, provides digital cameras, video cameras and voice recorders for checkout.  In addition, the NMC houses three Macintosh computers loaded with industry standard video and graphics editing software.
• Technology Workshops
  Information Technology frequently offers free workshops on topics including Microsoft Office applications, web design, graphic design and more.

Trouble Shooting

• Off-Campus Access
  Having trouble connecting to our resources from off-campus?  Our Off-Campus Access FAQ addresses the most common issues with connecting.
• Passwords and Accounts
  If you're having trouble logging in to library resources, contact the St. Edward's University Computer Help Desk, operated by Information Technology.  There is an online form for resetting your password.  If you reset your password and you can access e-mail, BlackBoard and other SEU resources without trouble, please contact the Library's Digital Services Manager.
